Internal with Winch Flagpoles

Our Internal Wire Halyard Winch Flagpoles combine strength, convenience, and security. Designed for Titan, Sovereignty, Independence, Xtreme, and APEX models, they feature a concealed cable system operated by a winch handle for smooth raising and lowering.

Start by preparing the foundation according to soil conditions — firm, dry soil reinforced with 3000-PSI concrete provides the ideal base. Position either a PVC or steel ground sleeve or use a shoe base anchored with precision bolts. For multi-section poles, align match marks before assembly to ensure seamless joint strength.

Attach the winch assembly by feeding the internal cable through the truck pulley and down to the winch housing. The copper cable stop secures inside the shaft’s winch drum, locking the halyard in place. Always maintain tension while operating to prevent cable misalignment.

Before standing the flagpole, slide the aluminum flash collar into position to protect the base and create a clean finish. Once installed, attach the flag arrangement assembly — including counterweight, retainer ring, and stainless-steel connectors.
